Hi. I'm Angela...

My whole life I just felt off. I had crippling migraines and anxiety from childhood. Then the acne started. As I got older I was more fatigued and depressed than ever. I entered college and had debilitating test anxiety. I was on ALL of the medications. In my 20s it was easier to get by, but as I went through my 30s it became harder and harder to function all day without the fatigue or "blah" feeling. But then the constant weight gain happened!!!

I was doing all the things that I was "told" to do by the "professionals". I was exercising more, eating less, including all the diet foods. I stopped going out so I could sleep, got up early to exercise and ate organic food. But my issues persisted and I was continuing to gain weight and feel gross. So I went harder. I decreased calories more, I exercised more, but it still didn't help. My issues just kept getting worse!

My ailments were affecting every bit of my life. I felt miserable. I was gaining weight. I could feel my stress and anxiety going up. I hated the way I looked in the mirror. How I felt started affecting my relationships. I was snapping at people. No one wanted to be around me. I was called "complainer" or "negative" all the time by friends.

That's when it hit me. I needed to make a lasting, sustainable change that worked.

I decided to get back to the basic foundation of health at its root cause. Because at our root, I knew when we eat proper foods, move our body, and sleep well we should feel our best! We've done that for eons. Somewhere along the road I lost sight of that.

I decided to go all in, for 30 days and see where I'd end up. And boy did I end up in a better place. Those 30 days turned into 90 days and 6 months and a year and so on. Those 30 days jump started a change to my entire being. I had TONS of energy, but my mental and physical health improved as well. I was unstoppable.
